When my friends hear me talking about my little princess they know I am speaking about Pinky - my lilac female. I have four females living with me but it is Pinky that has this special place in my heart. Almost three years ago I decided that Olka cannot be the only cat. Having only one cat didn't seem like a very good idea. I have always liked British cats, their delicate character along with that massive body. That's why on the 16th May 2003, a little scared cat appeared in my bathroom and almost immediately stole my heart. The beginning was difficult. Olka gave the little one a hard time so the latter stayed in the bathroom for a while. Eventually I decided to join the cats together. Olka learned to like Pinky but the latter is a type of an independent cat. She prefers to be with me, only I can stroke her fur - she is very shy with people - she probably didn't have much contact with people when she was a kitten.

On 2nd September 2004 Pinky gave birth to four wonderful male kittens - three of which were bi-colours and one boy was lilac. From a kitten she changed into a very caring mother. She took care of the kittens, taught them everything, and made sure that no harm came to them. The kittens grew fast; none of them resembled the character of their mom. Each was quite individual to me.

Karl - born as the first one was the cuddliest, spent all the time with Pinky. Now he is very attached to his owner. Kallas - the second one - was a loner; he preferred to play by himself. He has the look of a British macho. Kiro - the bravest one - was the first in everything. He was the first to attend a cat show, too. He was a good bicolour for me and also a great playmate. Kupido - the youngest and the smallest spent the longest time with us. His contact with people was really amazing. I am as proud as Pinky of our four boys.

At the age of two and a half Pinky became a mom for the second time. Her delicate nature and appearance make me think of her like of a small kitten that fortunately crossed my path almost three years ago. She received a title of Interchampion at cat shows - now she is trying to get a title of Grand Interchampion. Her beauty is admired not only by me. She is the reason that more and more breeders like bicolours - there are more cats with white colour at cat shows. My dream was to keep another cat with white in my cattery - with my own cattery's name, the daughter of my beloved Princess. With her second litter Pinky made my dream come true and on 18th August 2005 she gave birth to a lilac tortoiseshell bicolour - the first in Poland. More info on Lunitari in her section.

In 2007, one day before St.Nicholas’s Day Pinky became a mother for the last time. She gave birth to a beautiful litter: a second lilac tortie Oleńka and two boys: Onufry– a chocolate bicolour and Obłoczek – a lilac bicolour. After that, we decided to neuter her. She is 5 years old and she would have her next litter in 18 months so we didn’t want to tire her anymore. She leads her happy life as a neutered cat now. Unexpectedly, after she’s been neutered, she suddenly remembered how nice it was to be a mom and started to call Lunitari to come and be fed. And which is most surprising – Lunitari comes and tries to suck her old mommy.
